Getting Old

Today was both my father and my brother in law's birthday. I could barely bring myself to call them and be cheery enough to say happy birthday. This is because yesterday after my shower, while shaving, I felt a nasty pain in my back and quickly found myself squirming around the dirty floor of my bathroom. So... my back is still "out", I'm immobile, and I am definitely grumpy

I've been popping the Ibuprofen and the tylenol and lounging about as comfortably as possible. Staying in any one position for too long is painful and will result in my lower back seizing. I am getting so dam old! Terribly lame I must say.
Thats it. I'm old. My body is breaking down. Egads.
